I am having problem when I installed Globe Tattoo in my laptop. I have already an existing Smart Bro installed and this is what I use when using the internet outdoor. When I found my Globe Tattoo that was lost 2 years ago, I tried to install it. After installing, both of my modems has no signal already. Thinking that it is not possible to have 2 modems on the same laptop, I uninstall the smart bro but still when I insert the Globe Tattoo modem, there was no signal at all. I also did the reverse thing but still wont work.
Any help regarding with my problem?

Sorry, my friend, I can't give you any advice. Hope you can solve this problem soon...
Try calling customer service of Globe, I believe they can shed light on that matter :-)
