Just want to share something of what I read from an article. I just learned why the so called "blackbelt" to other martial arts organization is midnight bluebelt in Moo Duk Kwan Soo Bahk Do. It is because that black symbolizes perfection, authoritative and powerful but Kwang Jang Nim consider every human being as imperfect. Every one of us needs to continue learning and even lifetime we cannot achieve perfection. The color midnight bluebelt is near to black. Same thing with the philosophy of kwang jang nim, we, the practitioners of Moo duk Kwan soo bahk do is approaching to perfection by continuing learning, training and practicing the teachings.
"There's no graduation in practicing the art, we must keep on learning"
