Most Expensive Cell Phone!

What will you do if you have the most expensive Cell Phone? I just read from yahoo that an iPhone cost around 2.97 million dollar (around 133 million pesos). I just wonder what does it got? Well, it is just crafted a 22-carat gold and studded with 53 diamonds. I think that the specifications of the device is much the same with the regular iPhone we can see in the market. It was sold to an australian businessman. If I have the opportunity to meet that owner, I will hire a snatcher to get that cellphone. hahaha.
So if you got this kind of cell phone, you must be circulated with bodyguards or else your life will be at stake just because of this device. hehehe

Do you usually go out with your partner and check-in to a motel? Nowadays, there were so many video sex scandals that were exposed via internet. Some of them doesn’t know that they were already taken by video camera unknowingly.

Let me share with you about what I had read about the new technology that was coming out to the market, the smoke alarm video camera. This is only one of so many tiny cameras that are present that can easily be bought to the market. I believe that some of the motels already use this kind of device for the sake of security. But how about the motels that have a bad intentions about their customer, taking videos without any permission? Most of these are the small or cheaper motels. So let me remind everybody to be sure of where to check-in in order to avoid such experiences like this. Maybe soon, you will be shocked you were seen in an internet having an affair with your partner.

Crowne Plaza Hotel in Denmark uses an exercise bicycle which creates a power when you use it because it is connected to a generator. The good thing about this machine is when you spend a 15 minutes exercise, you can avail a 36 dollar equivalent meal for free. Each 15 minutes can produce a 10 watt-hour as a supply for the establishment.

Crowne Plaza showed a very unique yet interesting for their clients. While gaining good health through exercises, the clients also share a power suitable for the hotel to use for their electricity. In addition, you can also avail the free meal, though not that big amount but such like that is better rather than nothing.

Presidential and Vice Presidential Candidates Debate - CANCELLED??

I was really disappointed of the awaited Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates debate that was cancelled last Sunday. It is the only time that the candidates can share to the people about their platforms. A time to defend and stand from each and every candidates. They have their own reasons and those must be respected. But we cannot avoid to questions about certain things.

Is it the debate not helpful to them? For me, it is a big help to  the candidates to attend the debate. They have a chance to let people know about their platforms. They have a chance to clear an issue if they have. They can challenge each and every candidates which platform is the best. In short, this is the time to impress the people that they deserve to be elected compared to the other candidates.


Is it better to campaign directly to the people rather than attending to the debate? I think the candidates neglect to analyze these. 2 hours to the debate or 2 hours to the campaign on one area? The people that can witness to the debate is nationwide. Also, it is very interesting because different candidates challenges each other of which platform is much better. Hence, we can compare who is the best and righteous to be elected. On the other hand, the number of people that can attend only concentrates to a particular area. Also, not everyone are interested on the platforms instead some are just waiting for the giveaways such as shirts, band, and stickers. In fact, some of them are not eligible to vote such as the children who just attend to witness the programs especially the intermission numbers. If we have to analyze clearly, only 2 hours spending to the debate can affect the decision of every voters nationwide. The more who likes your platform, the more people can vote you.


Is it the previous debates enough in order for them not to attend the next debate? I don't think so. Even the previous and last debates, there were so many questions hanging, because of lack of time, which needs to be answered. If they attend to the invitation for a debate, at least they can lessen the questions. Second, if they said that the previous debates are enough, then they don't deserve to be voted by the people because of too little and unclear platforms.

Or they were just afraid? Maybe some of them already admitted that their platform is weaker than the other party or candidates. Or maybe they cannot answer the issues that they were facing right now.

I know that many were also disappointed of the cancelled debate but whatever it is, we have nothing to do because they have their own reasons and those reasons must be respected. We must vote not based on the TV or radio ads, not based on the popularity, not based on the party, not based on the artist endorsers, not based on the money given to you because those money will be returned when he/she wins on the election, instead we must vote according to his/her platform. If you don't know his/her platform then it is better for you to vote no one.

One way to LESSEN UNEMPLOYMENT

If we have to based the unemployment rate from 2008 to 2009 in the Philippines, we will noticed that it increased from 7.30% to 7.40%. There are many college graduates in the Philippines yet the job opportunities cannot support all the graduates. Some of them look for a job even it is not related to their profession.

One day, I was walking along Ortigas and I found a group of people who were walking with a billboard behind their back(video). I was wondering what was they're doing and why do they have to do that. First came to my mind is that they were just punished by someone  or maybe it is one of the initiation of the aspirants to be a member of a fraternity. But what I thought is wrong. More days had come, I still noticed the people that I was talking about. They still exist in the streets together with their billboards. Until I became aware that it was their job. Their job is to walk around the city just to endorse a certain product. Then I realize that it was a good idea. Idea to lessen the number of unemployment. Well, it is also advantage to the owner of the product because they will get the attention of the people they were passing because it is a unique style of endorsing.

We don't know what profession they have. Maybe some of them graduated from colleges. Or maybe some of them came from a prestigious universities. But look at they now, they were walking around the streets with the billboards. It is not their profession, they did not enter college to end a job like that but what they can do? The job opportunities in our country is very low. They need a source of income to live and support their family. Whatever their professions, they must also be thankful of what they have right now. We must also be proud of them because they swallowed their pride for that job even they handled a profession that was not suitable for what they have right now.

A great Experience

It was a great experience for me last week. It was my first time to drive a vehicle in Metro Manila. Generally, it was not my first to drive a vehicle for I am already driving in our province, particularly in Davao City. But this time, it is very different.

From that, I learned a lot.First, I find it hard to use a manual transmission kind of vehicle because I used to drove an automatic. I must learn to balance the clutching and the gasoline steps. Second, the traffic I encountered was heavy compared to our province. Additional adjustments for me again for the clutching. The last and the third which almost got the attention of MMDA was the warning signs and symbols from the road. There was so many things to be caution with; the yellow lines (provided only for the public vehicles), the traffic lights, the no entry or one way signs, and the fast, medium and slow lanes.

Because I learned a lot from those experiences, of course there was also problems that I encountered. First, I almost bump the car behind us because I cannot control the clutching well (we are going up to the fly over that time and it was so traffic).  Second, when we were passing through the C5, I happened to used the fast lane and I was trying to move to a slow lane but I find it difficult because there were so many vehicles that were so fast along the road. One van attempted to overtake us which almost hit our vehicle (weow! I got nervous at that time and became more cautious in our way). Third, we got the attention of a traffic enforcer because we entered the lane even the traffic light is already red (stop). Lastly, we entered a counter flow.

Our great experience had a great learnings. Fortunately, we did not caught by the traffic enforcer. I hope the second time will not be as great as these. I must be more cautious everytime I drive and always think that life is very important.

Wonder Girls - Nobody

Last Saturday, I witnessed a talent audition at waltermart in Munoz. One thing I observed in the program was among all the participants, maybe 50% of them danced the popular song Nobody by Wonder Girls. I come to think that many of them like the song where in fact they did not understand the song at all because  it is in korean version. Therefore, I searched from the web if there is an english version available of the song in order for me to post here for them to have knowledge of the lyrics of what they are listening.

A message from ONDOY!

If Ondoy have the mouth to speak, what will be its message?


Dear people (victims),


People had suffered a lot because of me. There's a lot of people died and some brought to the hospitals for a serious injury. I destroyed a lot of houses because of flood.

I would like to apologize of what I did to your country. I am sorry for bringing problems. I am sorry for the life that had been taken. I am sorry for the flood. I am sorry for everything.

I don't have the intention to do that. I have no choice. This is my obligations and I cannot control my self where will I be going. I am created simply as a typhoon. I am not created to destroy lives and surroundings.

This is me. A creation of God, just like you. We were created by Him and only Him have the right to take us from this world of living.

Again, I am very very sorry for everything. Things might change, time will pass, but the tragedy I made will always remain in your heart.

I hope you will forgive me.

Bagyong Ondoy left the Philippines but the damage still remains. It is unforgettable experience to our fellow Filipinos who suffered for the unmerciful typhoon. We witnessed how the filipino helped the victims without any doubt but we cannot deny that other just helped for their personal intentions;for political popularity especially national elections is very near.

Whatever may be their intentions, they also deserve to thank them because at least they shared something even they don't have the intention to help.
